At ER INGENIERIA we maintain our management system in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 9001:15, UNE-EN ISO 14001:15 and OHSAS 18001:07 for the activity of DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND EXECUTION OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND INTEGRATED INDUSTRIAL PROCESS AUTOMATION SYSTEMS, as an essential management tool to retain our clients and to guarantee their satisfaction, with Occupational Health and Safety being one of our priorities, present in each of our processes.
We establish efficient processes, meeting requirements and seeking continuous improvement of our Management System.
Quality Management is an objective and a responsibility of all personnel at ER INGENIERIA, and covers all activities related to it. Convinced that Quality will help us achieve a system of continuous improvement, specific and quantifiable objectives will be set and reviewed by Management every year, with defined owners and deadlines, to help us measure and assess the improvement achieved.

- Adopt all the measures necessary to ensure compliance with all environmental regulations applicable to our activity, as well as any requirement that ER INGENIERIA subscribes to in future relating to our environmental aspects
- Manage and treat our waste in the most environmentally friendly way and minimise its generation in our processes
- Establish and periodically review the Environmental Objectives and Targets to ensure their suitability with respect to this policy, providing the human and material resources needed to achieve them

- Reduce or eliminate the hazards and risks inherent in our activities through continuous improvement of the management system and of occupational health and safety performance in our processes, products and services
- Ensure that our current and future operations and processes comply with applicable occupational health and safety legislation and other requirements we have undertaken
- Motivate, train and educate our staff to carry out their work safely
- Keep our policy, as well as the progress of our safety performance, available to interested parties
